It’s about

time.

Bringing me to another workbench.

Another heirloom.

An obsession, turned into tangible heirlooms. My father shared with me a special timepiece passed down by his grandfather to his father and to him. It’s an all gold plated Elgin pocket watch with a gold Indian Head penny on the chain. This piece just captured my imagination throughout my childhood. Which will always be the starting point for my love of watches.

I began tinkering on old beat up watches, just taking them apart to see how they worked. That led to fixing them and having not the flashiest thing on my wrist, but ones that held character and lives of their own.

Now here I am building watches that I have always dreamed of wearing, but they mean something. I know the pieces, the parts, the soul that carries time.
